Driven by the need to comply more easily with legal requirements, simplify clinical records, and move towards more digital and automated clinical management, we decided to adopt ePM.

After three months of implementation, we are very satisfied with the results, and the added value is clear. Clinical records are now much more organised and easier to manage, allowing document attachment, structured clinical information, and proper access control. The informed consent process and its storage have also been significantly simplified. In addition, automated messaging has reduced the time spent on manual communication, among many other valuable features.

We are currently implementing two Physioclem applications integrated with ePM: one for clients, improving access to bookings, invoices, and other information, and another for physiotherapists, enabling better management and visibility of their schedules. ePM also integrates with our ERP system.

Developed in Portugal, ePM is a reliable and continuously evolving solution that adapts to our specific needs. For all these reasons, we are very satisfied.
