Multi-entity management

Individual configurations and independent management for providers and requesters allow each party to maintain its own nomenclature, language, and institutional branding, without requiring changes to systems, resources, or workflows.

The physician is notified via SMS whenever an urgent request is assigned, including the response time defined in the SLA

Native DCM integration, via DICOM and HL7 interfaces, ensures interoperability with PACS, imaging modalities and RIS. All information is available electronically whenever and wherever needed, enabling radiologists to generate reports and referring physicians to track the process.

Duty rosters

Through a duty roster management interface, the system enables the definition of each team’s working periods, with automatic task assignment according to time slots, requesting institutions, request sources, physicians’ specialisations, and any restrictions related to specific institutions or clinical procedures.
In this way, requests are distributed to radiologists in real time, according to the duty roster configuration.

Through a duty-roster management interface, the system allows the working periods of each team to be defined, with automatic assignment of work according to the various periods of the day, requesting institutions, the source of the requests, the doctors’ specialisations, or restrictions for a particular institution or clinical procedure.

In this way, the requests are distributed among the doctors, in real time, according to the organisation of the duty roster.

Process automation

The entire process is carried out electronically, from order entry to result delivery and integration into the EPR, including image centralization to support a faster, more efficient workflow, without any loss of quality.

Customisable management reports

Its structure and advanced data cross-referencing capabilities, enable comprehensive and customizable reports, with information on contracts, institution, priority and physician.

Image preview

Image viewing is performed through integration within each examination context, using image viewers (Agfa, Carestream, GE, Philips, Sectra, Siemens, OsiriX, among others).
In this model, images are always available in the same viewer used by the specialist, regardless of where the examination was performed, with access also to prior studies and patient’s imaging history for comparison. This approach ensures higher diagnostic quality and consistency in clinical reporting.

Image viewing is carried out by integration within the context of each examination, using market viewers (Agfa, Carestream, GE, Philips, Sectra, Siemens, OsiriX, among others).

In this model, the images are always made available in the same viewer used by the specialist doctor responsible for the report, regardless of where the examination was carried out, even allowing access to images from comparative studies or the patient’s history. This approach ensures better diagnostic quality and consistency in clinical reports across all Health Units that use this service, in this fully integrated model.
