Placing the patient at the centre of epidemiological surveillance process

Patient Card

A versatile interface that supports personalised patient data management. It enables creation of patient lists or groups with specific or shared characteristics (e.g., patients undergoing antimicrobial treatment or EIM carriers). This tool optimises clinical monitoring, providing fast and structured access to relevant information.

*roadmap

Task Management

With Hepic's Task Management, teams can optimise the service's daily activities.

This interface allows you to create, manage and assign tasks to other team members, enabling efficient management and monitoring of their activities.

Cross-contamination

Cross-contamination enables the identification of close contacts between patients over a given period of time, optimising action to mitigate the risk of EIM and HAI spreading and increasing the clinical safety and quality of the entire hospital ecosystem.

Antimicrobial stewardship

A tool adapted to the Antibiotic Prescription Support Programme (Portugal). Its purpose is to support and validate the rational use of antibiotics and to minimise infection incidence rates and antimicrobial resistance.

Surveillance Alerts

The alerting system generates real-time alerts whenever multidrug-resistant microorganisms of epidemiological importance are detected, in accordance with Portuguese surveillance standards.

Hepic Tray

It enables the automatic notification of infections or IEM, along with preventive measures. The system records when these notifications are acknowledged by the team, as well as confirmation that the preventive measures have been implemented.

Timeline

A single interface providing access to all patient’s epidemiological information.
Graphical and detailed access to clinical notes, lab results, invasive devices, and administered medication. Navigation through the information can be organised by episode or time window.
