The selected candidate will join the Implementation and Support team, with the following responsibilities:
Implementation: supporting the configuration and deployment of our clinical information systems;
Consulting: working closely with medical and nursing teams to ensure the correct and effective use of the platforms;
Analysis: diagnosing incidents, testing new features, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the product.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or similar fields.
Residence in the Porto area (Mandatory requirement);
Personal Skills: Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) and empathy when dealing with clients in a hospital environment.
Mobility: Driving licence (Category B) and availability for frequent travel within the country.
