The airline TAP Portugal has joined SERVIIN (Video-Interpreter Service) of Zonadvanced (a First Group company), and thus joins other leading organisations such as Liberty Seguros, Nespresso, Zon, Grupo PT, CGD and Sport Lisboa e Benfica.
On 26 June, ePM Prescription started at Centro Hospitalar de Leiria Pombal (CHLP). After more than 1,000 doctors prescribing in the private sector and after implementation of the MCDT prescription module at Hospital Garcia de Orta, ePM Prescription is now used for electronic prescribing of medicines (PEM) at CHLP.
This implementation took place in record time of just 5 working days after the award and is currently operating in all units and areas of the Hospital Centre, covering a total of 500 doctors. The solution integrates with the Hospital Centre's HIS (Outpatient, Operating Theatre, Inpatient and Emergency).
From now on, CHLP doctors will have a robust prescribing system that includes various support functionalities, such as the creation of prescribing protocols defined centrally or by specialties, or even the integrated online notification of ADRs (Adverse Drug Reactions), contextualised with the patient and episode.
