Well’s has launched YES!diet, a nationwide weight management programme supported by clinical protocols and available in over 20 stores, with nutritional consultations and follow-up provided by dietitians. The programme includes a range of private-label products designed to support sustainable and accessible weight loss.

SONAE selected First Group as its technology partner to develop the YES!diet website, mobile application, and to implement the ePM® Nutris system for nutrition consultation management.

The ePM® platform is fully integrated with the YES!diet app, enabling real-time monitoring of each stage of the programme for both users and nutritionists. The app provides meal planning tools, dietary tracking, meal alerts, and access to exclusive recipes, as well as an innovative user incentive system.

This project strengthens First Group’s position in the private healthcare technology market, highlighting its continued focus on innovation, digital integration, and user-centric healthcare solutions.
