First Solutions from Brazil is going to participate in the XX National Congress of Santas Casas

From 17 to 19 August, in Brasília, First Solutions from Brazil will participate in the XX National Congress of Santas Casas, organized by the Confederation of Santas Casas de Misericórdia, Hospitais e Entidades Filantrópicas – CMB (Holy Homes of Mercy, Hospitals and Philanthropic Entities).

On the theme of “Health Institutions: Facing Challenges, Broadening Opportunities”, CMB intends to promote the search for alternatives for the improvement of health processes and services provided in terms of quality and efficacy, during 3 congress days.
 
Entity Profile:
The Confederação das Santas Casas de Misericórdia, Hospitais e Entidades Filantrópicas — CMB is a non-profit association.  It was founded on 10 November, 1963, in São Paulo and has its head office in Brasília.

The Confederation is an organ of unity, integration and representation of the Federations of Mercy constituted in the respective States, as well as of the Holy Homes, Entities and Charity Hospitals.  Currently, the CMB is made up of 14 State Federations, which represents more than 2.100 associated hospitals.


The CMB’s mission is to promote the unity, integration and development of the Holy Homes of Mercy, Hospitals and philanthropic Entities, as well as the improvement of the quality of the services provided, always seeking the society’s welfare.  Besides this, its aim is to provide conditions for the technical-scientific development of medical/physician-hospital assistance to populations with lower incomes and covered by the public health system.
